                           BookDisneyVillasDirect.com (BDVD) is a vacation booking arm of  Property Managers the Core PropertyTeam  

                           who have been Property Managers for 10 years and a have a A+BBB Accreditation . Why chose  BDVD for your

                           vacation home from home   - it is because we provide you with a “family service from a respected Management

                           Team that you expect.  A home that is well appointed that you would expect which also offers extremely good value

                           that again you would expect.

                           All the homes are within a 3 mile access to Disney World and some you may be able to see the nightly fireworks from

                           their pool deck lanai’s. Plus all the homes are within a 3 mile radius of each other so that the Core can be at any home

                           within minutes of a call during the day time and emergency (24/7) hours.

                           How do I secure a Vacation Home from BDVD – just chose the Villa first Then contact the office of  BDVD

                           by either phone  407 256 0960   or email  info@BDVDirect.com   use the booking reference, confirm the dates,  indicate

                           how many guests will be staying. Then and within 24 hours we will confirm that request with an email containing all the

                           information that you require to continue to complete the attached booking form that will be with this email.

                           If you have  a question regarding the booking process then contact us as above and ask what you need and we will get

                           back to you ASAP.


                           Is there a minimum stay – yes all our Homes have a minimum stay policy of  3 nights.


                           How do I make a payment – the process is the following – if the rental period is within 8 weeks of the arrival date then

                           the full amount will be needed to be paid with the booking form. If the payment is outside this time period then there is 

                           $350 holding deposit requirement to be made with the booking with the balance within 8 weeks of arrival date.

                           Payments can be made by either Personal Cheque, Credit Card, Bankers Cheque, Pay Pal and we can take payments via

                           Bank Transfer.


                           Are there any other Charges or Fees – all fees with be indicated within the original response email and the booking

                           form. There will be a refundable security deposit required with all bookings – the amounts will be indicated on the

                           booking form. There  are additional charges for such items as BBQ rental, pool heating and children equipment such as

                           high chair and crib - these will be indicted on the booking form.


                           When do I receive confirmation of booking and travel information  - as many guest will have traveled a long

                           distance  on their day of arrival and we feel that it only correct that you go straight to the home of your chose and not go 

                           to an office say a 20 min drive away.

                           Once the balance has been paid you will receive the confirmation of payment and an attachment of the travel details to

                           the Home.  The information sheet will contain the full address and phone number of the home plus it will have either a

                           lock box code for the entrance key or the electronic door entry lock code.


                           Are there set times of arrival and departure – yes the Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival and check out time

                           is 10am on day of departure.  Can I arrive eailer – this may be possible but would suggest that guests on the arrive day

                           contact the office to confirm a different time. But departure time, in most case, we will need to strictly keep to a 10am check

                           out time 


                           Is there a Cancelation policy – yes there is and we suggest that you request a copy of our Terms and Conditions which

                           will explained this and other  polices relating to the Homes and their use.


                           What happens if something goes wrong in the home during our stay – there are contact details of the Core Property

                           Team located within the Welcome book – please contact them immediately something  goes wrong and they will advise



                           Should we take out Travel insurance for the vacationyes we advise all guests to take out travel insurance from the

                           moment they leave their home until they arrive back there and this include you traveling in your own vehicle.


                           How do I know the Home exists – we can understand this question with so much fraud around  As all the homes

                           indicated within the web site are managed and serviced by the Core Property Team – we know all the Owners personally

                           and can vouch for their homes existence,  that they do exist and are not Banked Owned or in foreclosure. But welcome any email or

                           phone call  from potential guests to verify the homes and to answer anyother  question so related.
